Can I return or trade a product?At the moment, we do not accept return of products. You can trade your product within 7 days. The product must be unused or unworn, and be returned in its original packaging with all labels attached.

Do you offer giftcards?Yes, we do sell giftcards that can be used in our shop. A giftcard is valid in 12 months from the purchase date.

Do you offer tax-free shopping?Yes, for all of our customers who are resident outside Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, we do offer tax-free shopping via Global Blue.

Which products do you sell?We offer a broad collection of fashion clothing, interior and gifts. Our products are hand-picked and most of our designers are either of Norwegian or Scandinavian origin. Our selection might vary during the seasons. Visit us to have a look!

Do you offer online shopping?No, unfortunately we do not offer online shopping. If you have seen a product in our shop or on our social media that you would really like, do not hesitate to contact us and we can reserve your product until you can come get it in our shop (within reasonable time of course)!

Can I reserve a product in your shop?Yes, we can reserve your product for up till 3 days. Contact us directly to do so.

Do you offer gift-packaging?Yes, we offer free gift packaging on purchases made in our shop. Ask us by the counter, and we are glad to help you!

What do I do if I forget something in your shop?Contact us as quickly as you can by phone or e-mail, and we will see if we can find your missing item.

Can I get my receipt digitally?Yes, we can scan your receipt and send it to you by e-mail or text. Ask us by the counter!
